Each year, multinational power management company, EATON, produces its Global Inclusion and Diversity Transparency Report to showcase its diverse global workforce, as well as its commitment to a unified, innovative future.

In preparation for the 2022 - 2023 report, I was asked to review and edit the current draft, as well as produce new content using statistics, quotes and guidance from the EATON team.
